With a B.S in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Infrastructure Planning and Management, and as a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of civil land development planning and design, and construction administration. My expertise has allowed me to successfully lead land development projects for my customers.
